Nubi is a type of Korean material made from the bark of the mulberry tree and has been used for centuries in various applications. The challenge was to find the right methods to incorporate nubi into camping gear.
We worked closely with a nubi artisan to successfully adapt the material to the furniture. The end result is a camping chair and table that combines the durability and comfort of modern camping furniture with the unique look and feel of traditional Korean materials.
